Where we ship
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery times
Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery time: most orders arrive within 12 to 25 days of purchase. The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page before you order.

Duties and taxes
All import duties and fees are included in the price. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging
Every shade and fitting is individually wrapped and cushioned for the journey.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 12 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
