Shipping

We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 days of purchase. The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page before you order.

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Every glass shade and fitting is individually wrapped and cushioned for the journey.

If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at support@aurellelighting.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.

To change a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has shipped.
